At Rainbow Light, we want you to shine in your new wardrobe; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags still attached, to qualify for a full refund.

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
